Annual Villa Louis Carriage Classic
Some of the region's finest horses and over 100 new and restored carriages compete in a variety of arena and cross-country events. Held Annually the weekend after Labor Day, the Villa Louis Carriage Classic highlights competitive carriage driving in arena and obstacle classes. The Villa Louis Historic Site was once home to the "Artesian Stock Farm", a premier standard bred training facility. The Carriage Classic celebrates the zenith of the stock farm with carriage-driving classes on the lawn.

Take a peep behind the velvet ropes of a historic house museum. This tour presents a more in-depth look at the Dousman family and their home. It gives a glimpse into the day-to-day inner workings of this restored Victorian mansion. Tours last approximately two hours and begin at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Shihata’s Orchard Fest
